  • Are you and your cleaners insured?

  • Will you provide the cleanning materials?
    Yes all cleaning products and materials are provided, unless you have specific products you prefer us to use, then we would usually ask you to supply these.

  • Can I specify days for the cleaning?
    We can go over all your concerns at the consultation

  • Do I have to be home when my home is being cleaned?
    No, we can hold a key for you or you can let us in on the day, this all depends on what you are comfortable with.

  • What hours do your cleaners work?
    Domestic cleaning is normally 9:00am till 2:30pm (but can be negotiated)
    Commercial cleaning can be tailor-made to suit your requirements


  • What happens if I am not happy with the quality of the clean?
    Tell us immediately so we can address ay issues or concerns you may have. We appreciate any compliments and complaints - it helps us keep the company moving in the right direction

  • How do I pay for services?
    Payment should be left for the cleaner at the end of every clean where a receipt will be issued.

  • Which areas do you cover?
    Hartlepool including Hart Village, Elwick, Dalton Piercie, Greatham, Wolviston, Billingham, and Wynyard Village we try to stay within the Hartlepool Area

  • Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
    Yes you will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

  • Holiday's And Cancellations
    We require as much notice as possible if you are going on holiday or cancelling your clean for that day.

  • If Paying By Cheque Who Should I Make It Out To:
    All cheques should be made payable to Mrs B Butterfield or BBs Elite Cleaning
